Hotel Loma Real

The hotel's lush grounds. The view from the restaurant. The cleanliness. The friendly staff at the restaurant. Special :shot-out" to Mr. Escobar ( at the bar and who remembered us from lady time we were here!) ) and Richard (at the restaurant), who was our server and promoted to captain. The whole F&B staff is super attentive, but these 2 made a special împression. Also, the young man at the reception area who works the afternoon-evening shift until 10:00 p.m. was very nice, helpful, and accommodating when I had to shift 3 rooms around!

The breakfast is good, but over priced like every hotel buffet breakfast in Mexico. 14 dollars for scrambled eggs and a bunch of weird meat dishes is a lot to pay

Lovely and competent staff and delicious breakfast. She made me a breakfast to go as I was leaving quite early in the morning.

Its very clean, love it. The food are very good
